Course enrollment tiers

In August 2020, we introduced tiered course enrollment after considering feedback from our students. With tiered enrollment, our students have more pricing and support options.

This page contains information about those tiers to help you choose which one is best for you.

Course Enrollment tiers

The following is a summary of each one.

  • Best for students that don't need support.
  • Lowest price available.
  • Lifetime access
  • Best for students that need support.

What about courses you have purchased prior to August 2020?

For any course(s) you have purchased prior to August 2020, or that is not yet part of our new tiered pricing structure, you will continue to have full access to our Community Spaces.

If I purchase a course in the Solo tier and I get stuck somewhere in the course, can I ask for assistance?

If you enroll at the Solo tier, you will not be able to ask for course-specific assistance (you will be able to access the Help Desk for technical issues such as billing and and website problems).

The Solo tier is priced to be as affordable as possible. To be able to offer such low pricing, we have removed the high human cost of an instructor.

If you do enroll in the Solo tier and have reached a roadblock in your study, you have two options:

  1. Use Google to try and find information that will help you continue.
  2. Upgrade to Community so that one of our instructors can help you.
